As a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer, my passion is to help people feel better in their bodies. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. I work with each client, designing a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals.

I aim to help you feel stronger and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Get to Know Tricia

As a certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer and Level 3 Neurokinetic Therapy practitioner, my goal is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every step of the process. 

My approach to fitness and health is to adjust the program to suit you and your needs. Every session is designed with your well being in mind. I meet you where you are and work from there.

At the end of the day, my goal is to have you feel better in your body, to feel stronger and better able to live your life every day.

Custom One on One Sessions to Optimize your Results.

Private Session

One on One Custom Training
$65 plus GST

Choose Pilates, fitness or a blend. Each session will be tailored to your specific goals and how you are feeling in the moment. 

In each 60 min session, we will focus on building strength, mobility and flexibility, ensuring you feel better in your body when you leave. Sessions are progressive and build on each other ensuring you get stronger and improve with time. 

Personalized Semi-private Sessions, Get More Bang for Your Buck.

Semi – Private Session

Personalized Program in Duets
$48.75 plus GST

An in person, personalized strength based program structured to your specific goals and needs.

The program is designed to be progressive, each session builds on the last. You will do the same workout each week with the goal to build muscle and increase your strength. By the end of the cycle you will be stronger than when you started. 

Each session has two participants but each individual completes their own personalized workout. 

Mat Class - Exercise from the Comfort of Your Home.

Group Pilates Mat Class

Online Only via Zoom
$17 plus GST

Group mat classes are offered online so you can flow through the Pilates mat repertoire from the comfort of your home.

If new to mat or Pilates, a one on one session is required prior to starting the online group mat class (can be done online).

The class currently runs Tuesdays at 4:15.

NeuroKinetic Therapy® corrective movement system, is a sophisticated assessment and treatment modality that addresses the causes of dysfunctional movement/coordination problems at their root.

NeuroKinetic Therapy® is a problem solving tool to help improve movement patterns, physical capabilities and prevent unnecessary injuries for the client. As a certified NKT® Practitioner, the fitness professional can locate muscles that are working ineffectively and efficiently identify specific trigger points that may be preventing optimal function.
